Queen Rhina The Riddled

The riddler as they say, She believes in what she calls "Festivia The Distinct" or The "Something about her feels different" theory. Rhina believed Eclipsa had an affair with a pie folk which is why Festivia looked quite similar to them. Though she lacks enough evidence to prove it so she never told anyone about this.

Backstory: Sir Hemmond Maddox is an army general from Dimension - 2650. Apparently, she dreamt of him then fell in love. She used the forbidden Spying spell to see whether he was actually real, turns out she was right (which was actually one of her secrets) . So she asked her messenger to send love letters to him.

Eventually their love was discovered by Sir Hemmond's enemy who in-turn made contact with the Monster Kingdom to send an entire army and attack Butterfly Kingdom.

Sir Hemmond revealed what actually happened to Princess Celena and the MHC. The MHC, being as ridiculous as they were decided to prohibit Maddox from coming back to Mewni, as according to them, his mere presence brings "danger" to the Royal Family

Ever since then, Celena and Maddox would go on and send secret messages to each other. One time Maddox disguised as the "time police" who happened to stop by just so he could attend her coronation.
