I present you Kioko [She likes using Arthur’s last name].

She’s a mysterious girl found in a dark alley by Arthur. Since the moment she saw him now she’s always following him. And now Kioko lives with Arthur and Newton in his house.

She’s always refers to Arthur as “Onii-chan” ‘cause she sees him as a big brother.

Kioko works with those two looking for garbage with his onii-chan. When Arthur finds girls clothes he always saves them for her, the same happends when they found toys and makeup.

Kioko is a very cheerful girl with a huge imagination. She loves sweets and rice so much.Tends to get into trouble and follow people who should not, getting Arthur in a lot of troubles. But she only do that to have friends and his onii-chan too.

Betta Fish and Cuttle Fish!! The surviving members of the Fish family!!

Cuttle was the only child of her family for a rather long time until one day her father came home with a child, admitting to having an affair. This caused some tension, but the couple worked through it and treated Betta as their own full child. 

A couple years later, the house was lit on fire, leaving Betta and Cuttle alone and homeless. Cuttle worked as the sole provider, doing as many odd jobs as she could at her young age. Miraculously (read as; with a soul binding contract), she supported herself and her brother and now owns a little flower shop. Betta is often out drag racing or partying- their relationship is a bit strained now.
