concept: i don't check if he's read my message a million times and don't freak out when he doesn't reply right away. i don't have to check when his last activity was on facebook to reassure that he's not ignoring me. i don't need his constant validation and attention to stay sane. i don't hurt when i go more than 5 minutes without him. i can go about my day without the crippling anxiety of wondering whether or not he still loves me. i don't feel clingy or needy or annoying and i feel secure.
