The two concepts of genuine Patriarchy and misogyny are, in fact, 180-degrees apart and cannot truly coexist.
To the unfamiliar, and to demystify it, the word Patriarchy simply means "Rule of/by the Father". It is a top-down innate hierarchy of authority:
Man - woman - child(ren).
The Man is responsible for leading and protecting his entire family & household while his wife places him as top priority, followed second only to him by their children.
Yes, in that proper order.
Some may note that the more religiously inclined and devout will naturally place God at the top or front of that order.
SPEAKING OF ORDER:
Patriarchy is NOT a measure of individual 'value' between Man and woman. They both innately have equal value as human beings.
It is about the ORDER within the relationship/family that.
When that is broken, whether by the wife's rebellion or by a man's refusal or inability to lead and protect, that relationship invariably is living on borrowed time unless a healing resolution can promptly be found.
Authentic Patriarchy is reciprocal in nature in a way almost no other intersexual dynamic suggests in modernity.
It is NOT about 'domination' (though a Man can and should be naturally and non-performatively dominant in his character), nor does it mean 'submission' makes women door mats primed for abuse. No.
Authentic Patriarchy is about Man and woman taking care of each other in their respective distinct functions and capacities toward reciprocal harmony.
You don't get that with contemporary 50/50 'partnerships'.
Without building your entire world view around it within a moral and ethical framework at even the smallest and seemingly most trivial level, it merely becomes a game people play… merely cosplay.
How I know it's the most proper way by which humanity is meant be structured and to live… the hubris of the feminist dogma has been fighting back against their own best interests for well over two centuries.
That alone speaks to the profound and beneficial nature of the one thing that has proven far more pro-woman than feminism has ever proven to be or is ever likely to be.
