I write semi/unimportant things about music/my musical life. I'm a music major in a band looking to be holistically educated by books and real life while becoming a musician. so this is mostly to keep up with new (or old) musical things or to chronicle my development as a musician and my band's development. Don't be surprised if some Arrested Development gets slipped in every once in a while.

This summer!

I will be writing in my new blog, Tiny Troubadour!  I am going to spend the summer traveling and street performing, and I'm going to tell you all about it.  If you know people who live where I am going, you can tell them I'm coming there!  Spread the word!

Piano Across America is following me! You should follow him, especially if you live in New York or anywhere he might possibly go.  He spent the summer traveling across America with his piano, and now he busks in New York.  He's awesome.

This summer

I am going to street perform full time and blog about it!  I want to make a documentary buttt I don't know any film makers that would want to follow me around for three months.  So maybe next year.  I am going to make a new blog for it.  Not sure what I'm going to name it, something punny hopefully.  My tentative schedule thusfar is:

-Wilmington around May 6th until UNC's graduation...my sister is graduating so I'm coming back for that. -After her graduation, Charlotte for a week or so. -Asheville until Bonnaroo! -BONNAROO JUNE 7TH-10TH YES -Going up north to Boston, staying with family -Gettin on over to New York, staying with family friends -Back to the west coast, staying with the same friend in Los Angeles and this time bringing a guitar (obiously)

This is it so far, not sure where I'm going after that.  Anyone know good busking places?
