It is only now that I realized: On it's mission to become "positive", Tumblr cancelled nudity and sex but I still see depressive and suicidal notes on my dash board. Isn't it a funny, positive world Tumblr?

Tumblr was a place where I could speak up openly and honestly in a language that everybody understands, pictures. Now I want to talk but Tumblr policy is pressing its huge hand over my mouth, telling me to behave myself. Shame on you, the red flags scream. What a sad Tumblr world.

Some weeks ago artist friends of mine and me discussed the censorship that is slowly creeping into our supposedly free societies. When a “no” to race discrimination is met by “but you must admit …”, when language starts to reshape and “ism” becomes the new normal, when every nation wants to be first, when art is being discriminated. And now Tumblr with it’s censorship. Sad. Very sad. And not a good sign.
