Keeping it real couples dinner party. We laughed, we ate, and and we chatted. Our Chef of choice was Chek Tonya Morris of Cheffys Atlanta Personal Chef services.

Summer Dinner Party- FCO ( For Couples Only)-Keeping it real couples social group

 July 8th, we enjoyed a wonderful evening of couple fellowship while being served and entertained by one of Atlanta's finer Chefs. Our meal began with a preset of domestic Charcuterie and Cheese, assorted bread and biscuits. Next up was a scrumptious appetizer trio of wild mushroom croquettes with balsamic glaze and chives, smoked shrimp cocktail.julienne vegetables, mini meatballs kabobs, with grilled pineapple, pimento, southern sweet chili.  To further entertain our palettes we were next served a flavorful wedge salad with a dressing that tickled every taste buds. Of course, at this point, our stomachs were well satisfied, but we hadn't made it to the entree yet. Our entree selection were Sorghum Glazed Salmon with pearl onions, herb smashed potatoes, garlic pepper french beans or Braised Cornish hen with black rice, confit leeks, lemon butter, roasted vegetable blend. Chef Tonya did an amazing job as she demonstrated how to properly cook and season Salmon to perfection as we all gathered around with our favorite wine in hand. Our entree of choice was then served with plenty of color and flavor and all enjoyed. The vibe was positive and light, and the conversation was plenty as we ended the night with a couples chat where we discussed topics such as family status, communication, and how to grow a relationship. It was a great way to enjoy a Saturday evening at home with good people.
