Just gonna make a post and edit it with facts on Depechi's species

- They were named Ex Spatium by Speedwagon researchers

- They don't need to consume regular food for nutrients, but they do consume rocks and minerals in order to get things like iron, sodium, and magnesium

- They don't process alcohol and most drugs like humans and other creatures can, but caffeine has the same effects on their bodies as alcohol would. They can get wasted from Monsters and Lattes

-Their colors are influenced by the color nebulae they were born from

-They CAN reproduce, it just takes over 10k years for the life to form. Their reproduction is asexual

Jotaro going to Italy post-part 5 to teach Giorno and crew how to properly care for turtles so Polnareff doesn't die

Giogio: Does he really need all this space? The tank is over 350 litres I feel like this is overkill

Jotaro: Would you rather him be in one of the hermit crab cages?

Giogio: No, but I'd rather his enclosure not take up over half the room

Polnareff: I would rather not be a turtle at all anymore.

Jotaro: He can only eat under water now because he can't swallow, by the way. The water acts as a suction to help move the food down into his stomach. He could choke and die if he tries to eat above water

Giogio: ok,

Polnareff: I hope death comes swiftly for me

actually bawling because imjust realizing the sequel im trying to write is similar to the plot of el aleph, which I see as a semi canon story

Luckily I haven't wrote much, but this killed the motivation i had and idk what to do because I had such awesome lore ideas
