purify your body and chakras with water in the shower ritual
do this every time you get in the shower, or when you feel you need an energy cleanse/ to be cleansed of negative energy.
- get in the shower
- say “the healing water of my shower magically and effectively purifies all negative energy in my chakras and body, physically and metaphysically, and turns all of the negative energy into positive energy”
- imagine your shower head and the water coming from it to be pure light. imagine the water coming down on you covering you with pure light, and imagine and feel that the light seeps into your body and chakras and purifies your body and soul.
- imagine the pure white light going into your chakras, but then imagine that the pure white light makes a spherical/ circular light shield around each of your chakras and around your body as well. imagine all dark negative energy and matter being purified or turning into white light.
- continue imagining that the water is like pure light. meditate on the light in the water, feel your body being purified with the light in the water, continue the visuals until you’re done with your shower.
- before you turn off your water say “i have now effectively and magically purified all negative energy in my chakras and body, metaphysically and physically, and have turned the negative energy into positive energy.”
- turn off your water. continue to imagine the water on you is light/ create a light shield by visualizing the light in the water on you going outwards until there is a circular/spherical white shield around you.
- say “these light shields i have created will magically and effectively purify negative energy in my chakras and body and will turn the negative energy into positive energy”
- dry off, put clothes on. you will be able to feel the difference. your hair, which will be wet for some time/ until you dry it, will feel extremely purified and like there is some magical energy in it.
