WHO IS VICTORIOUS?

victorious is ultron’s creation, a sleeper spy who in the future becomes a serial killer and terrorist. victorious is everything that victor fears, he’s everything he doesn’t want to become. constantly, he is terrified of what will make him snap, when gert came back in time all they did was warn them of him. and then she died. because of him. victor fears becoming victorious so much that his last words before his death were ‘I shall not be. Victorious.’ and he found a sense of peace after his heart was ripped out. He was - at rest. The future had been proved wrong. He changed his own fate.

And then he was brought back to ‘life.’ Something, he really didn’t think should’ve happened. While he is active, he is a threat. And truthfully, after the death of Vin, he believes he’s already going down the path to being exactly what Ultron wants him to be. It might’ve been an accident, but the guilt eats him up, it haunts him. He believes that he is Victorious already, or what will become him, that all the work he did to become better and befriend the runaways was for nothing. He will always meet his fate.

It’s warned that he becomes powerful enough and dangerous enough to wipe out the heroes of Earth and to take over the planet. He becomes a monster. He becomes Ultron’s vision. And really, Victor would rather die than go from the puppet built by Ultron to the monster that single-handedly takes down the Avengers and eventually, controls the entire Earth.
