i wonder what visenya was actually like considering all we know about her is historical records that were written mostly after her death and maegor basically destroyed her legacy

like isnt her giving little ronnel arryn a fun dragon ride in exchange for his mom bending the knee such an interesting little footnote? like everything we hear about visenya is her harsh coldness, and while i like that in a woman, its definitely written in a negative way by the historians keeping these records. like the targaryens didnt just give dragon rides to anyone who asked ever, its just such a moment that sticks out in my mind of like... you talk about the history of how each kingdom fell to the targaryens, people noted that the vale's heir got a fun little dragonback ride to the cruel and brutal sister of aegon. it was what ronnel was known for. you couldn't erase it from visenya's part of the conquest
