Shifting her hold on Bruno slightly, she scratched behind his ears while he happily devoured what he’d been so kindly offered. A nod was given to the smaller woman’s words, people who weren’t around dogs or other animals often tended to be more easily startled by them, it was understandable.
Frankie’s head tilted slightly to the right as she listened. Exceeds..? She hadn’t heard of them before but decided they sounded quite terrifying (and therefore, awesome). Before she could ask for more information on them however, she got distracted by what else the stranger said.
She shrugged and smiled widely, having enough sense (for once) to ignore how awkward the girl was. Pulling a face as Bruno suddenly lifted his head and licked her cheek, she grumbled at him and then refocused.
“Don’t worry, you’re not keeping me. And I’m sorta passing through, I wanted to check out what the famous Fairy Tail guild was like in person.” She rested her cheek against Bruno’s head for a moment, showing some affection to the creature that was her best friend, “He’s a boxer. A big goofball really.”
Now that the pup seemed calmer, Levy’s nerves were quiet and she regained the composure she had lost. Though she still felt a little befudled which she would simply blame on uncertainty. And the fact they accepted the food made Levy grateful. At least she was able to help without feeling entirely ridiculous.
She knew that she could easily explain Exceeds, but as she was coming to the realization that her guild was again what was bringing in foreigners. Levy had no objections; she loved seeing the type of people Fairy Tail brought, and for once she was not getting the feeling of utter dread.
That is to say, the girl and her dog did not make her fear that the guild hall would be destroyed again. That could change sure, but Levy shrugged that thought away, and instead gave a little laugh. “The guild hall’s another couple blocks down - if you hear yelling and playful fighting... Or not so playful fighting, you’ve probably found it. It’s not Fairy Tail without a brawl breaking out!”
Levy also knew that there was a lot more she could say, and that there were other ways to know when one was at the guild hall but... Levy did not want to give it a bad name or anything of the sort. The guild was large, and had at least a brawl a day - she felt bad for the Master, frequently. “I’m sure you and the lil goofball will have fun there.”
