Well Goodness. Itās been awhile! It has not been an easy metamorphosis through life, and I am not changing from an earthbound, crawling bug into something that can fly in the light. Its a process, But as man of God stated it ā Let all your encounters with God put more weight than your questionsā.. Because some days I feel my hair is horrible and frizzy. And I am too short, and ugly, my acne is the worst, I feel like a gnome lol, Sometimes in life it feels like itās only okay to talk about your Cinderella story when youāre at the ball. When the tough, ugly parts are over. When everything is shiny and happily ever after, promise!! But the truth is we deal with issues like this we are in an everyday battle for JOY and Iām not at the ball. Iām scrubbing floors: wondering why everyone else gets to dance and make it look so easyā¦ I hate cleaning dog poo, unloading the dishwasher, scrubbing floors, cooking chicken curry, but seriously those are days that God has met me by his grace.. Sorry for the rambles , I just felt like getting this off my chest. To trust God is hard to embrace when we so easily misunderstand his character and how He manages the universe in trying to get our needs met in the only way we think would befit his love. His love will tear down all the lies injected by the enemyā¦ thatās when Iām fully convinced that dying everyday with Christ is where I found myself alive. Thatās also why Paul tells us, āwalk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to doā (Galatians 5:16ā17). And thatās also why Paul says, āFor if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of Godā (Romans 8:13ā14). But for the past months, My prayer life has been having a radical shift, Jesus has healed wounds, and He is doing mighty things behind the scene. God actually gave me a vision about the butterflies I saw when I visited India where like 20 or 30 butterflies over a plant and that plant doesnāt even have a flower just leaves, I just donāt know what God is up to, until now HE has spoke to me and He reminded me on that scenario, how the butterfly was created and how that in the hiddenness of His love, the pursuit of His love brings up stages of change, change of character, change of spiritual lenses, all those three stages of metamorphosis doesnāt happen in the light, but in the dark cocoon where it seems like forever but in those hidden place you muster all that is needed for a beautiful Miracle to unfold, it takes patience and acceptance for its stages.. in the book Highway to holiness stated that ā The Holy spirit will move across the face of the waters and our lifeās calling will be revealed. in the womb, in the dark cocoon of our transformationā This beautiful analogy of a monarch during metamorphosis is a loose comparison to the change a believer undergoes in the cocoon of divine grace. We know this change to be sanctification a daily and growing separation from the old life to the new life in Christ (1 Peter 1:15; Hebrews 12:14). This change can take a lifetime. All ungodly thoughts towards others and towards ourselves as Graham Cooke always states it attack every negative thought with prayer turn off sin one by one and it dissolve His love meet us where we are. This is the beauty of the Gospel, this is the beauty of leaves wrap around a cocoon, and those trying times, on those hidden moments with God, He spoke life and breathe on wings of Hopeā¦ That when the perfect timing of unveiling, He will let you fly to showcase His majesty upon your glittery wings of Hope, He spoke a beautiful poetry in those moments of darkness and You thought its a punishment but Heās the wrapping of the cocoon, He is strengthening your wings beloved the atmosphere may not look like right, the darkness seems all around, But He is transforming and breakthrough is coming because the greatest opportunities are hidden within the midst of the stormā¦ You are a warrior Bride, His love is unchanging.He loves us a hundred percent! His nature is to love. I learned to walk in the middle of the pain and unknown and tears. I learned to ask my Jesus for help and believe He would provide it. Thank you for the cocoon of divine grace where you met me.
