How has Jumpstart not been sued yet for its neglect of service issues??

Dozens of players are still being charged for premium memberships after their accounts were randomly frozen and neopets is completely ignoring the situation. They even turned off visitor comments on their facebook because it was all people wanting this massive issue to be acknowledged.

Don’t forget all of the Neocash people paid real money for and get ignored for months and the Premium Collectibles people never got. All these payment glitches that have been happening for more than a year with 0 communication that they will actually be fixed.
