daddio’s a diplomat and mom runs a conglomerate with multiple offices across the globe so they’re busy jetsetting everywhere
9 countries in 20 years makes you feel kinda disoriented
most (like 5yrs lol) of his official schooling was done in london, other times he was homeschooled by tutors or did brief stints in international schools
moved to korea with his mom because she’s setting up another office in seoul
good at math and tech stuff, thinks aerospace engineering is fun can u believe?
v outgoing and tries to overcome language barriers. doesn’t think he has anything to lose since most of the people he meets will probably not exist in his life in 5 years
(partly it’s also because he feels like he needs validation and acceptance from others in terms of trying to “keep up with them” by fitting into their social circle)
gets his energy from being around people but also likes being by himself? since that doesn’t require as much conversation bc it gets exhausting at times
numerous out-of-body experiences when he wonders who the fuck he actually is
doesn’t belong anywhere literally, an outsider in every country he goes to, doesn’t have a culture he feels like he’s really part of
mimics a lot of the people he’s surrounded by so that he’s seen as “doing the right thing” instead of being the odd one out, sometimes feels like he doesn’t have a sense of individuality/identity
subconsciously has issues w relationships because he always thinks they’re temporary though or that people don’t really value him and tries to protect himself from becoming too attached, is v dismissive of himself
knows he’s very blessed! yet.. at the same time also gets tired of constantly leaving behind things he’s starting to become rooted to
very open, positive and totally ur feel good friend though, also endearingly clumsy at times
has trouble w the languages he’s speaking most of the time and gets frustrated that he can never 100% express himself completely. his korean is.. kinda decent
LUVS animals hence the part time job
morning person, not a night owl?? crashes at 9 and wakes up at 5 for the hell of it
downs like 12 cups of either black coffee or bubble tea per week
craves a lot of food he can’t get atm.... so he’s better off cooking himself
UHH sum plots!: friends he’s met in various countries but had to leave behind, someone he gets into a misunderstanding with because he uses the wrong phrase in korean/can’t explain himself, some romantic plot thingy because he’s only had like one... gf so plz ~broaden his horizons~, cute crushez, ppl he goes to school with/who take the same module, senior-junior typa things, gaming/running buddies, idk! i’d love love love to develop him more though so let’s come up w thingz
