sad!!!!

i handed up the call with Neteasemusic's customer right away. my feeling is upset and frustrated now. how perfunctory he is!!!! nearly he can't work out all my questions.!!!!what a big company can only register people's requirements and not put them into practice.!!!!!6 years!! I have already used this app for 6 years!!! I hate the customer service just now.

The initial thing is that I sent a sentence to commend the good weather, and the system deleted my emotion. Gosh!!!!
