Reading: Hell Followed With Us by Andrew Joseph White. I'm really enjoying it so far, very gory and striking and interesting all around.

Oh. My God. I devoured this book like an all you can eat buffet after a four-hour hike, gluttonous and greedy and ravenous with it holy fufuckckk.

The Spirit Bares Its Teeth has gotten me on an AJW kick so I'm gonna binge all his books before I move onto any others. If you like the idea of a trans boy chatting with ghosts of enraged abused girls to overthrow a Victorian asylum, read this book.

Last Series: TV: I don't watch too much TV tbh. I am watching the newest season of Jujutsu Kaisen and want to watch The Apothecary Diaries soon.

Games: Tomodachi Life lol. I've had my current island since 2018 and am way too emotionally attached to it lol. I'm so excited for the new one, I kinda want to make YT videos of my island playthrough.

Last Film: I think the FNaF 2 movie in theaters last December. I'll be watching Wicked and Wicked: For Good with a friend this weekend though.

Sweet or Salty: Sweet stuff omg I am a fiend for desserts.

Coffee or Tea: Usually coffee, but I've been on a tea kick lately. Coffee makes me anxious and tea goes really well with stevia and some fruit.

Working on: My Modern AU fics, but mainly some original short stories I want to publish in literary magazines. That's another big reason I've taken a break: those are due in early February, and honestly, I'm really nervous about those. It's not my first time publishing original works, but. Flskangelkja. I'm so anxious. I want my stories to mean something, and they can't mean anything if they're absolute shit.

It's fine. It's all good. I just gotta get better, you know?

Reading: Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. It's been a couple months since I've picked it up. Pretty much all of what I've read this month so far is narilamb fanfics lol.

Last Series: TV: I don't really watch much TV either, but I actually hung out with my neighbors Amanda and Davis tonight for homemade pizza and board games, and I ended up sticking around for another hour so Amanda introduced me to her favorite anime, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. It's very character-driven, which I absolutely love, and it's a wonderful watch so far! I'm only three episodes in, though.

Games: Cult of the Lamb, fucking obviously.

Last Film: Uhhhhhhh I don't remember? Tbh, I think it might have been Polar Express with my family on Christmas Eve.

Last Song: Literally right now listening to "What is Love?" by TWICE lol. I wanna know know know know. you should watch the music video it has so many cute movie references

Working on: Right now im mostly working on actually getting an au together. I've got a bunch of abstract headcannons and ideas that i've sorta just been throwing around here and there, but now im actually trying to gather them into a coherent story. I've got a comic started and some designs made so hopefully ill be able to start posting some soon :). (im also thinking about trying to write something but i also dont wanna give myself too many projects) I also am probably gonna open up some comms soon cause i gotta pay for my pc lmao

Reading: Nothing currently, but I recently finished The Game Engine Black Book: DOOM, which is not only a thorough breakdown of how DOOM's engine works but it also gives some history and context to the game. If you're programmer-brained and/or care about DOOM as a game it's a pretty good book!

Last TV Series: Been watching The Good Place lately. It's pretty good!

Games: A ton of Lumines Arise, which is not only similar to Tetris but specifically Tetris Effect which as you may know (since it's on my website :P) is one of my favourite games of all time. I've been having a blast! The 1v1 mode took me a while to warm up to but I'm enjoying it, I just wish it had more players 😅. Also recently felt like playing a couple of runs of Monster Train 2 so I guess there's that too

Last Film: I Saw The TV Glow. It's been months and I don't think I've recovered from that one still. It's great but also major CWs for it.

Last Song: Trying To Feel Alive by Porter Robinson since I was just listening to all of Nurture earlier, hah. That album is one of my favourites of all time.

Sweet or Salty: I'm generally impartial but if you forced me to pick I probably like salty just a biiit more

Coffee or Tea: Tea, I guess? But I rarely drink it. It's just that I have never drank coffee nor am I interested.

Working on: Aside from myself? (I have a lot I want to improve about myself during 2026) I have a couple of projects but I feel weird mentioning 'em since I don't want people to get excited and there's like only a 10% chance they'll actually get done unfortunately. I'm still working on the characters section for my website I swear! Other than that I'd like to do more with my art but I'm still figuring out how and what. I'd like to get better at art too, we'll see if I manage that. One of the things I'd like to do with my art would be maybe some worldbuilding and OC stuff? But idk what I wanna do exactly I guess I should work on figuring out what I want to work on hah...

Reading: nothing particular yet, i found rlly good books about art and art study in my grandmas stuff on the new year, so i'm just going through these sometimes..

Last TV Series: if we speaking about TV - some Russian sitcoms, otherwise i'm watching Jujutsu Kaisen with my bestie, and we will start checking Azumanga Daioh next

Games: oh god... we have our "2 weeks minecraft gaming phase" rn with brothers, aand dunno, i'm not in the mood lately, but i liked playing Insurgency: Sandstorm and TF2 time to time..
