Q: What's the reason behind Games Campus taking so long transferring our items?
A: They were required to meet a specific deadline and due to so many applications submitted, GC Staff currently are still distributing items. As Rumble Fighter Admins stated. "with such a tight deadline."
Q: When do I get my transferred items?
A: Players who submitted there application April 18 - April 25 and May 15 - May 23 will not be seeing there items and compensation immediately after launch. Players that who submitted there application any other date should had already received there items, if not by June 1, you should be receiving your items.
Q: What happens to those who attempted to transfer saver/assassin without remembering that there is a level requirement?
A: At this moment, GC Staff has not mentioned anything about compensations for this mistake, as this is recognized by the user's mistake when they were creating the application to submit there items. User were told various of times to caustically review there application before submitting them, including multiple chances to resubmit there application if any mistakes were made.
Q: I forgot I was allowed to transfer Rare Boxed Items, will I still be able to transfer Boxed Items as some players did before?
A: Phase 2 of the transfer event was a second chance for players to edit and resubmit there application. Phase 2 was from May 1st-May 23rd. If you submitted your application after May 18th, you should expect to see your items in late June or possibly even later.
Q: I realized I mess up on my Item Transfer application, is there any way that I can re edit my application before the deadline?

Q: I would really like to start on my Item Transfer Application, is there any way I can get started on it now?

Q: Why have I not received the items I asked for?
A: Referring to the Notice posted in the Rumble Fighter section, NimoniX has given the GC Staff a list of items that cannot be distributed. Some of the items we'd like to mention are: sets, titles, packages, guild items, and event items.
Q: I have received my set, BUT I noticed they are in peaces, I'm also missing other sets that I requested to be transferred, why did I not received the additional sets/package that I requested?
A: Rumble Fighter team specified that only 30 items can be compensated. Set items and packages contain several items instead of a single items. Selected Sets in the application were analyzed and chosen by NimoniX and distributed by the GC Staff to users' of the Item Transfer application.
Q: I have not received all the items that I have requested, is there by any chance a way I can receive all the items requested?
A: Due to sets/packages being distributed by peaces, there are more items added to your selection. Note that only 30 Items was the limit for the transfer. Sets/packages are no longer accepted so they have been broken down into peaces, Sets/packages that have been broken down take up more space and the other items you requested no longer fit into your Item Transfer Applications, therefore, the cause of receiving the other items you asked for will not be show in your inventory when user items has been distributed.
Note: Count everything that was transferred into your inventory, via any saved screenshots and your Rumble Fighter inventory. If you are missing items, feel free to send a DQA about the items you are missing ONLY WHEN THE RUMBLE FIGHTER TEAM ANNOUNCES THAT ALL APPLICATION HAVE BEEN PROCESSED.
Q: I have seen multiple players with event items that were distributed by the old RF OGPlanet team. These Items were not to be distributed and there should be a stop to ASAP!!!
A: With huge amounts of applications to go through, some of the excluded items might have slipped through the screening process! If you find someone with such items, please take a screenshot and report them through DQA so that we can have them investigated and removed.
Q: Why are there some timed Scrolls and Exocores that I received from my Transfer Application, usable for 7 - 30 days?
A: The top 10 Scrolls and ExoCores can only be delivered as a 30-day item in order for the game to prosper.
Q: Can I send DQA a question/concern about items in my Transfer Application?
A: Please do not send a DQA about the transfer until we announce that all applications have been processed.
