Hello Fighters! Thank you all for participating in the transfer process and letting us know that you want to continue playing Rumble Fighter with us here at GamesCampus. The User Account Transfer applications are pretty much done in regards to the screening process. The developers will try to get all the items distributed hopefully by next week. We're very sorry that it took so long and we'd like to compensate everyone for their patience withĀ 10 Rare Gacha BoxesĀ each! The boxes and theĀ USA titlesĀ will most likely be given at the same time next week as well. If you believe that you're missing items from the transfer, please send us a DQA so that we can get right on it! Don't fret if you didn't receive your set items, because we'll be giving them back manually! (You will still need to send a DQA though.) We expect to receive thousands (not hundreds) of DQAs about this, so please don't take it personally if we haven't gotten to your DQA in a timely manner. We want to make sure every person gets their items! Some reasons as to why you may not have received your items:Ā ā¢Ā Account screenshot was not provided. ā¢Ā Used History screenshots were not provided. ā¢Ā Used History pages were cropped where it hid your account ID or page numbers. ā¢Ā Multiple screenshots of the same Used History pages were submitted. ā¢Ā Items requested were not listed in the Used History pages. ā¢Ā Items requested were requested in sets or packages. ā¢Ā Items requested were purchased from April 2014 and onward. ā¢Ā Character screenshots were not provided for the level compensation. ā¢Ā Screenshots were too small to view. ā¢Ā Screenshots were edited; fraud. We're still gathering all the data for the Countdown Attendance Event, First 100 to Login, First 10 to Level 10, and First 25 to Level 25 (not many has reached level 25 yet!). We'll let everyone know as soon as we can distribute the prizes. As for game issues such as lag and loading errors, we've seen all your reports and have forwarded them to the developers. Lag is a very difficult issue to diagnose because it depends on the client, the server connection, your internet connection, and etc. In any case, we're very thankful to have such an active community to let us know when things aren't working properly, so that we can priortize the important tasks. Lastly, we'll be bringing back the Attendance Event as the developers have said they fixed it, but we'll be here if anything goes wrong!
