i watched guinea pig 2: a flower of flesh and blood today because of the new mountain goats song and i was kind of expecting it to be like a found footage type film but it's so obviously A Movie like with the acting and cinematography. it's not even trying to be a believable snuff film and i enjoyed that

i keep looking at reviews for if i had legs id kick you and getting legitimately very angry at the countless people saying they hated the child/thought she should die/etc. even though it is literally a movie and i didnt even like it that much just the idea of saying "this chronically ill child should die because shes annoying" just makes me really upset even if it is a fictional child who was WRITTEN to be annoying

i understand that rose byrne's character isnt SUPPOSED to be a good mother but like maybe your movie about how difficult it is to be a mother shouldn't rely so heavily on "my daughter with ARFID is such a burden and annoying"
