It's been 4 months since Neo froze my account "for my protection" (bullshit) and my ticket hasn't even been assigned to be answered, lmao.

there was this one time i was about to start a NT comic series with alton and samrin, and this was the first strip i submitted for the 800th issue, i got rejected and i never continued it.

but for context: i like to think samrin lives in meridell as well and frequents alton a lot, hence they are called The Meridellians

@mojavescript afaik the "frozen for suspicious activity" occurs when someone tries to access an account multiple times within a few days from several different IP addresses; this could definitely mean someone was ATTEMPTING to get in, or at one point got in, but TNT jumped on it before they could change your info. Best course of action is to open up a ticket n fill it with as much info and screenshots as you can (if ya got any). they're pretty on top of tickets lately!

Thanks for your reply! I sent a ticket from a side account, so I hope they’ll get back to me soon (even if the ticket center seems very unstable).

As for what caused this, I highly suspect it’s because I tried to open two different pet lookups in different tabs a few days ago, triggering an error with the captchas, which are there to pick up “suspicious activity” by Neo’s standards. Then again I am having trouble accessing two of my sides so God knows.

Has anyone else been frozen for “suspicious activity” lately? Do they respond to tickets about this? If so, how long does it take?
