Update on Neverland situation
The main suspect is related to a Miss Lorelai Williams.
Lorelai moved into the house of her deceased grandmother Rose. Rose left the house to Lola in her will, and has been dead for a year. Lola finally had the chance to move from Florida to Neverland recently.
Unbeknownst to her, her mother (whom she had not spoken with for 2 years) had her own set of keys to the house and had been using them to get into the house and use it as a secret hiding/meeting/ pickup/drop off place. She is the mayor of Toledo and currently running for Governor. Bill Grant put us on to her trail. He may have been behind the nationwide fairy drug ring, but she was ultimately the ring leader. She did not care about Bri, whom Bill tormented....she had bigger plans. She plans to use the money from the drug ring to fund her campeign, and in return she helps the drug ring out of legal trouble and get their product farther out. She is a premium customer of the Potts Manufacturing & Distribution business which meant that everything she did was private. She could send lots of packages to lots of places, no questions asked. We believe she is using this to help the ring, but we will need a warrant to search her packages.

Upon her arrival in Neverland, Lorelai was asked to be the middle man for her mother since she'd just moved into the house that the suspects were using. Lorelai was not told everything, but she started piecing things together. A package was delivered to her door step. There was so return address and inside was a copy of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, a book she already possessed. She took the book to Neverland Books (owned by Bri Valdivia). It happened to be the very same book that had been stolen from the store by Bill Grant. Upon analysis of the box by Agent Tacos, Bill's fingerprints were found and it was confirmed that it was sent by him. Lorelai began to suspect that this "Bill" person she'd been hearing unpleasant things about, was the same stranger that her mother expected her to communicate with. She began to feel suspicious and wondered if there was anything or anyone in the house that shouldn't be there, because her mom still had a set of old keys to the house. When she reached the attic, she discovered boxes full of fairy dust that her mom must have placed there. We believe that her mom placed those there to be picked up by Bill, and that she was not yet aware of his arrest. Lorelai was then visited by Agent Tacos, Bri Valdivia, Freddie Wentworth, Sherlock Fairy, and later Jo Watson. They'd met with her earlier in the day and felt that she knew a little bit more than she let on. She'd just discovered the fairy dust when they arrived at the door, and thinking that it was her mom or someone who worked for her, Lorelai grabbed a baseball bat and opened the door. She was relieved and also nervous to see them because her mother was blackmailing her. Her mother pays for Lorelai's father's medical bills, and threatened to discontinue payment if her demands were not met. Lorelai bought time by stalling. Eventually she was coaxed into cooperating by Freddie, and talked. All of the FBI's files on Bill have been illegally downloaded. It would seem that Gwen Williams is now aware of Bill's arrest and appears to be seeking some kind of revenge. She is mad that Bill's obsession with Bri ruined her plans and rid her of her 2nd in command, but because Bill is detained, she cannot get to him. It seems that she's exacting her vengeance upon those who were involved in his capture. An intruder snuck into Bri's room one night and used her phone to take a picture of her while she was sleeping, unaware. It looks to be a threat. Lorelai is not immune to her mother's vengeance either. Once it became clear that Lorelai had sided with the Neverlandian's, Gwen had Lorelai's horse injured and dropped off in the middle of the forest. She left a note as a threat. Lorelai hadrecently acquired a job that involved horseback riding, and this could have also been attempt at sabotaging her hopes of paying her fathers medical bills on her own. At the moment, most of this is just based on some speculation and testimony by Bill and Lorelai, but the evidence seems to be stacking. Requesting permission to search, and subsequently arrest, Mayor Gwen Williams. We are aware that she has a large enough legal team that it should be a little difficult, but with your approval we will push forward. With her possible connections to the nationwide fairy dust trafficking operation, it's possible that there will be....thugs around her to get dirty work done. We'll keep you posted. Hopefully everyone stays safe. She seems willing to stoop to anything.
