「 Too occupied with petting the stray black cat, Georgia completely muted Hat Boy from her brain. Caring for such an innocent and cute animal like this only makes her miss home more. Back in their ranch with all those pets and animals… and Dakota… her precious, darling Dakota..! 」
「 In the middle of her homesickness, she doesn’t hear the whispering and only snapped out of her momentary daze when she was dragged and pulled under the desk. Anger rising, Georgia was ready to slap this stupid boy hard for doing something so indecent and forcing her to be squished in this cramped up space! That is, until she was shh-ed and the door suddenly sounded like it opened. 」
「 Her own hands reached for the cat’s fluffy whiskers and covered its mouth. Voices followed the silence and it seemed to be teachers, ughh! “These kids don’t know how to save electricity.” Commented one voice, the darkening of the room followed it. “What can you expect from a couple of rich kids?” The other one threw more shade, making Georgia angrier, but not angry enough to get herself in trouble. The door slammed shut once more and now she’s left in total darkness with hat boy and the cat. 」
「 “Don’t go out yet, they might still be nearby.” She warned the stupid boy, glad it was dark otherwise her red-tinted face would be seen. His hand on her mouth felt weird so she shook her head enough to put some distance in between. “This is your fault for heading in here anyway! What if we got caught, huh?!” 」
「 Unfortunately for them, cats were not the most cooperative of creatures and the black cat Georgia was holding on to licked her fingers enough for Georgia to feel a slight tickle and loosen her grip. “H-hey, stop that, aha… no, don’t–” The little rascal uses this chance to escape from Georgia, making her automatically rise up, even if it meant getting bumped on the head by the desk. 」
「 “Ow!” Georgia sat right back up on the ground, hands now on her aching head. Stupid, stupid desk… 」
⌜ ◌◌◌ – Gray held his breath the entire time the teachers were there. His parents would kill him if they found out he was sneaking around after a school event with some girl and breaking the rules. There are people he actually would break the rules for or even sneak around with, but this stranger with the wild wavy here is not part of that list. ⌟
⌜ ◌◌◌ – Once the teachers were gone and darkness once more fills the classroom, Gray lets out a sigh of relief. That, however, is replaced immediately by annoyance due to being told what to do. “ Could you shut up for even a second?? If the cat won’t blow our cover, you will. ” Gray snaps at her, glad to free himself temporarily only for her to fall right back on him again. He feels plenty times more awkward now, but the anger weighs more than the embarrassment. ⌟
⌜ ◌◌◌ – “ Get off already! ” He pushes her forward enough so he can crawl out of the desk. Girls are always so troublesome... bossing him around, making fun of him, thinking they know better... gah! He scrambles to his feet, eyes adjusting to the darkness. He can hear soft meowing somewhere close, so he took out his phone, using it as a light source. ⌟
⌜ ◌◌◌ – “ Uh... here, kitty, kitty... ” He says in a whisper, not wanting to risk alerting the teachers that just left. The black cat didn’t seem to fond of Gray, so as soon as his phone’s flash caught sight of the cat, it ran back near the desk. “ O-oi! ” The cat couldn’t care less and just continued to escape. ⌟
