Hello everyone, and welcome to the thirdĀ year of the Underworld Capital Incident Collab! Iām Ruby, and once again, itās nice to see you all! Iāll be hosting this yearās collaboration, I hope we have a good turn out!
Underworld Capital Incidentās 5th year Anniversary is on December 30th, so once again, an art collab is in order! Not to mention with the anticipation of the upcoming game, things are really heating up! Reblogs of this would be greatly appreciated, shares are welcome! If you have any questions, shoot me a message in the askbox! Make sure you read ALL the rules before emailing!
Information continued below:
-Artwork must be yours. Art theft is not allowed, and anyone caught doing this will be kicked out of the collaboration (no excuses).
-Digital AND Traditional art will be accepted. If you choose to do traditional art, it would be great if it is scanned cleanly and on a transparent background.
-Please keep in mind that weād like the characters to look like themselves, so please, no headcanons.
-However, this will take characters from the Underworld Capital Incident Game, Manga, Twitter, Shinbun, and FILAMENT. There are lots of characters to choose from!
-On the CHANCE that the third game for the series will be released within this time period, I will change the list as needed! Keep a lookout!
-Do NOT upload your finished piece anywhere until the final collab is posted on December 30th. No spoilers!
-Subject Line: Application (Name)
-Introduce yourself (it can just be your name, but let me know what I can refer to you as and what I can tag you as in tumblr when the final piece is posted)
-Link to your latest art piece or examples of your recent works (please donāt attach art in the email, thereās always trouble when it comes to opening them)
You will receive a reply to whether you have been accepted or not into the collab within 72 hours. Because I am the only host and organizer, bare with me if I do not reply right away. If you do NOT hear back after 72 hours, please send the email again.
Please do not draw a submission until you get the confirmation email! I donāt want your hard work to go to waste!
Once you receive your confirmation email, I will include a list of characters that you can pick from. Please do not be discouraged if the character you want has already been taken, there are others to choose from. Also, if you would really like to draw a character I have not listed, let me know through email, and Iāll see if I can add them to the list! However, the ones listed are my first priority!
Please reply to the same email with whom you would like to draw. REMEMBER: Check your email frequently! Changes are all sent via whichever email you emailed me first with! If you miss an important date, I canāt really make an exception.
-Your final submission MUST be 900x900pixels .png file, transparent background.
-If you would like to do more than one piece for this collaboration, you must first submit your first piece, and then email me an additional application to let me know that you would like to do another. Then I can send you the new list. Please, limit yourself to no more than 2 pieces.
-Your pictures MUST be FULL BODY! But please, no chibis.
-When you have finished, email me with the subject line: Finished Piece (Name) and make sure the picture is both attached an inline! This is my fail safe system that will hopefully guarantee I get it one way or another
-I will email you back a confirmation email within 72 hours, but after 72 hours and you do not hear back, email me again.
-THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL SUBMISSIONS ARE DECEMBER 27th. As of now, you have more than a month to draw.
-If you are unable to finish, please let me know. Itās no problem, I will simply remove your name from the list, but if you are unable to finish, please tell me ahead of the deadline date.
-After the collaboration is uploaded, you can upload your submissions. Please tag them as āGokuhenCollab2019ā and I will make sure to reblog them!
