{ Quick reminder that Count Von Sales is a monster. He is a few steps below evil!Jonathan on the main blog, and thus has low levels of empathy, despite having been a human himself. (Stanley, his servant, is a literal dead man, so that also shows how nice Jon can be)

Over the centuries he’s gotten tired, apathetic and only thinks about how he can keep his hunger at bay, rather than how his victims may be suffering. He uses manipulation and threats. If someone is too ruly, he’ll take action. 

Shipping is also incredibly difficult with him because it’ll take a long while before he’ll be willing to see past the food, although that doesnt mean he wont fake being entranced to get more of it. 

Somewhere, deep down in his shriveled heart, he may still be that dorky, cheesy Jonathan he used to be, but it isn’t very likely that this version of him makes an appearance. }

What happens if Jon drinks some vampire blood? Or what if he interacts with an ancient vampire and they offer him to have a drink?

{ Hmm, while Jonathan wouldnt drink vampire blood (for him it’s the same kind of ‘gross’ and ‘wrong’ like a ‘normal’ human drinking human blood) because it was how he was turned too so he associates vampire blood with do not fucking touch. 

And the taste would probably be awful (depending on the vamp of course) but it most likely wont taste as sweet and fresh as living human blood.

As for what would happen…it’s unclear. It could enhance his powers a bit, help him regain strength if he’s been attacked. If it’s a special muse (or very ancient) there could be other side effects, but none I’d know of atm. }

It never fails to amuse me how much of a bastard Lestat is and how much Louis despises him. Imagine turning someone into a vampire and they immediately start to hate your guts the moment their initial awe is over.

“Are you lost, sir?” Comes a sudden voice from right behind the Inspector. A man, seemingly having materialized out of thin air, stands there in his iron pressed suit and black polished suits suspiciously free from the surrounding mud. He bares resemblance to some brown-haired protagonists one could encounter in a far away place, but there is something callous in the way he looks at Cornelius. His eyes, the dull translucent blue of a corpse, study him impassively.   “If you are lost, I can gladly give you directions!” The man continues. “If not, I’d like to point out that trespassing is highly forbidden on this property! Especially for those who may have dubious motives.”

Cornelius almost jumps up, started by the voice. He turns around to face the other, wondering how in the world he managed to notice him. After all, our Inspector was sneaky enough, wasn’t he? He is sure he was. Well, not so sure now. He takes a moment to examine the other’s clothes and looks in details. He manages to find a very foggy resemblance to Stanleys, but decides to think of him as of a stranger, not just one of familiar unfamiliar alternates. After all, he doesn’t know anything about this very dimension. This can be anyone, right?

“Hello,” he manages to say, with one of his polite smiles.”I- well, I am not lost, I was just passing by. Hmm. I didn’t know this place is very private. My apologies, then. But didn’t you suppose to put a sign about it, somewhere?”

"Oh there are signs, sir. Further down the road, if you come up from the village." The man points towards a dirt stamped road several feet away. It leads up directly to the castle's giant iron gates on one end and winds back down through the thick, ancient forest on the other. If one were to follow it down the mountain, they would eventually come to a quaint little town, the only civilization for miles.

"Most of the residents there know better than to disrupt the property. But as a traveler, I'm sure you were just curious."

He smiles and the emotionless mask disappears. Instead he looks like he is going to try and sell the Inspector something with a well practiced speech, one he has recited to strangers many times before.

"Would you like to take a closer look? In the garden, I mean. Or the castle, if you're not in any hurry! We always welcome travelers and potential customers."

Without waiting for Cornelius' answer the man pulls out a set of keys from his pockets and starts back towards the gates, talking all the while like he expects him to follow.

"You're probably wondering what it is we could possibly sell when the Count owns such a grand estate - but the truth is, we make honey! I'm sure you've noticed the beautiful rose garden already. Our bees turn their pollen and that of surrounding wild flowers into delicious, all natural honey. No chemicals added!"
