HII with Joan and Louise, I do believe they could be friends, Joan really love people who have good style, but I think Joan would be jealous of them in a way because of their style and them being cooler (in Joan eyes) a little bit envious of Louise. I think Joan would usually keep that to herself or keep mean comments to herself also because she does see Louise as a good friend if they ever do talk and stuff.
