Team Justice Connected felt that the police could do more to help the community understand why the police respond to some crimes in the way that they do. They felt that a social media campaign featuring drama sketches combined with a series of community events would help.

The first in our series of three Unity Jams took place on the weekend at Impact Hub Birmingham. The aim of the weekend was to design new ways for people to engage with and build trust and confidence with West Midlands Police.

We had 3 teams who each prototyped and presented their ideas to the rest of the group and the world through periscope. Videos of the presentations will follow.
