"We assure you, this type of malfunction isn't typical with our products" they say, when I report that my third vibrator from them has stopped working. š
I buy my vibrators from Bellesa Boutique. They have a very nice range of products that fit all sorts of needs, and often have discounts that make them affordable. And even if some things are still on the high end, they usually have a cheaper alternative as well.
I've bought quite a few things from them over the last few years. And the main products I've used have broken within six months of regular use (I have a handful of products that are used more infrequently so they haven't broken yet).
Why do I keep buying from them then?
Well, the thing is... I used to buy cheap vibrators and they would also break very quickly, causing me to have to buy a new one. With Bellesa, one simple email showing a video of the broken product and they send me out a new one for free ASAP. So yeah, I pay more upfront but then I instantly get a free replacement when it stops working. And usually the product is higher quality to begin with than the cheap ones I had to buy repeatedly.
So yeah, even though I've repeatedly (three times now) had a product stop working within six months of use, I still buy from the company because I know they'll take care of it when that happens. And I do like their stuff.
Now, I haven't had a replacement stop working yet. I'm not sure what'll happen then lol.
