INTRODUCTION POST!

Hello, everybody! My name is Bee, and though I don't post much on here I thought I'd make an introductory post for my blog because wow this thing is messy.

Like I said, you can call me Bee. I'm aromantic-asexual and a cis female. I'm from an African country known as Kenya (Love you, Mother Africa), and I'm just here to have some fun!

I (try) to draw, mostly traditional art though I do dabble in digital art from time to time; it's fun to take a gander at other people's art and see how I can improve my own. I'm mostly a writer at heart but even that I don't do often, so really I don't have much going for me.

My Sona:

The name leads you to believe that my Sona would be, obviously, a Bee. But nope! She's a cat. Who can also shapeshift into an actual cat. And she can choose to have more bee-like features if she so wishes. Yeah, don't ask her how she can do that or where she came from because she will not give you a straightforward answer. I doubt she herself knows, honestly.

Fandoms:

My hyperfixations tend to change often and hence my fandoms do as well, but generally there's a couple of fandoms I've held onto for some time now.

Currently, I'm into:

I have a theory that the moon IS a trans woman cause she’s always associated with feminine things but when we saw the craters that look like a face we called it “The Man In The Moon”. She’s a woman with a face that people may perceive as male. She’s a beautiful trans woman

I wanna add to this if it’s ok?? In Hindu mythology, Chandra, the moon, was originally thought of as a male deity. However, as time went on, symbolism involving the moon and the name “Chandra” itself became identified with femininity, with beautiful girls being described as having “moon-like faces,” with their dark, long hair reminding lovers of the midnight sky, and names like “Nilaa” (”moon” in Tamil) and “Indu” (in Sanskrit) are now pretty much now completely girl names! 

AlsO Chandra is married to 27 wives, who are all stars. The moon is a trans lesbian and is gay for all the stars in the sky.

Holy hell I told myself I was going to take a break from drawing my Sona to doodle Eternal Sugar and bro. She's so. She's so pretty. I am blown away by how cutsie I don't know how I did that

Sometimes I think of Strawberry Souffle Cookie and his mother and I think of how the Light of Hope was literally made for him and not the other way

Because SSC was raised by a mother who emotionally and physically abused him but he kept on hopping and believing that his mother would get better and maybe in one life she would but not this one, in this one his mother lived and died an abuser to her only child. Strawberry Souffle Cookie would always remember bottles thrown to his head and a scoff to his dreams instead of presents on his birthday and kisses before bed. Strawberry Souffle Cookie would build his kingdom because he would never want any other child to go through what he did, his mother would be forgotten by everyone except him.

And maybe his mother loved him in her own way and didn't know how to express it properly, maybe she thought this was the best for him

Imagine Shadow Milk Cookie having a child. Dunno how figure it out for yourself but walk with me here.

Imagine that child looking almost exactly like him, but not how he is right now. Imagine that child looking like him pre- corruption, imagine that child looking like the Fount of Knowledge.

Imagine him looking at the tiny bundle in his arms and being reminded of all the self-loathing and the anger and the hurt that he has bottled up and buried deep inside and stashed away so far back in his mind that he tries to hide not only from others but from himself mostly, even though he fails anyway and it's all he can think about unless he finds some way to distract himself, imagine looking at that child and that being the only thing he can think about and it's at the forefront of his mind and he hates it.

Imagine the child beginning to cry and he does everything he can to try to get them to calm down. Holding them close, rocking them in his arms, singing, using his magic, anything, everything he can think of just to get them to sleep. Imagine what he feels, seeing this small, helpless little thing, feeling discomfort, maybe in pain, crying its little heart out, seeking comfort from him and reaching out its tiny hands to grab onto his clothing, finding that comfort in his arms.

Imagine, once it calms down, he places it down in its crib, and moves to the next room. Imagine he breaks down, finding himself crying for the first time in what feels like ages, even though he doesn't completely understand why he's crying, and he hates it. Imagine him placing his hand over his mouth to silence his sobs as his body shakes with the intensity of his crying, because he doesn't want the baby to hear him and wake up.

But fair warning it's a veryyyyy messy doodle, not even a sketch, and my art style is drastically different to what it was the last time I posted. Also I don't know how clear it is but that's my wife Eternal Sugar. I draw her so differently from how she actually looks 😭 (I also didn't draw her wings, her halo and her wings which is something of a reoccurring theme with me but forgive me)
