I often find inspiration in the seasons, music, or beautiful color combinations. This time, I was inspired by the talented artist Carrie (@carriedraw), whose delicate illustrations are full of feminine charm. I've been following her art for several months now, and she has already inspired some of my previous dolls. For this custom doll, I wanted to create a cute, smiling girl with sweet bangs and a feminine, flowy look. As I was trying to think of a name for her, I realized there was only one fitting choice:) Meet Carrie!🥰 She is available on my webpage.

Meet Maia, a little sunshine soul awakened by the first warm days of the season ☀️🌊 As the air grew softer and the distant sound of the waves drifted closer, Maia couldn't resist the call of the beach anymore. She grabbed her beach bag, her floatie, and her favourite seaside outfit, ready to spend the day under the golden sun with salty hair and sandy feet. I was about to start customizing a Blythe doll yesterday, but my drilling machine broke, and I really need it to create dolls in my style. I ordered a new one, but I have to wait 7 to 10 extra days for it to arrive, so my winter break has been extended🕊️😇 In the meantime, I decided to continue reading my newest book by Stacey Halls, and I also have a tiny companion by my side. By the way, my biggest promise to myself this year is to take more photos, not only doll-related ones, so please welcome this photo as my very first step into my promise:))😊

My 2026 plans are all about dolls, photography, health, and cozy living🤗 I want to create beautiful dolls and take more photos than in 2025. Photography-wise, I aim to upgrade my lens collection. I have a Sony A7III, usually paired with a Nikon 35mm f1.8 via a converter. I also have other nikon and Canon lenses, and a basic 50mm f1.8 for Sony, but over the years I realized I love the 35mm focal length for my dolls, so the others don’t get much use🤷‍♀️ This year I want a zoom lens, maybe the Tamron 28-74mm f2.8, that can be used for landscapes, cityscapes, and portraits. Later, I might upgrade my Nikon 35mm too, but not this year.

Health continues to be a focus ☺️ In 2025, I discovered Pilates, which strengthens my whole body, including tiny muscles that typical workouts often miss. After my back injury in January 2024, Pilates was perfect for keeping strong. In 2026, I want to combine Pilates with more strength training. I also want to focus on healthier eating. Exercise is great, but 70% of health comes from what we eat, 30% from training. I’m aiming for consistency, not perfection. Focusing on healthy habits that last longer than a few months💪

I restarted reading last year, and I plan to continue this year, too. Not marathons:) just enjoying topics and writers I love.

I’ve been inspired by colorful fashion last year, so this year, maybe I'll get some more items to mix with my current wardrobe.

Finally, I’m so grateful for my home❤️ Everything is cozy and warm thanks to my fiancé. We might move to a bigger flat this year, but my goal stays the same: creating a cozy, happy home together ^.^
