First impressions.

It is a good thing that I don't have lessons right now, because I would have a hard time explaining the new accent I have developed.

I have originally heard about this game through one of the voice actors, but was terrified of the Fair Folk not that interested in the story at the time. Still, getting to hear and learn a bit of Gaelic is not something I would pass up.

I really appreciate food and eating becoming a language of its own over the course of the game; I hope never to know what a famine is like, but many of the interactions were either relatable or just very telling. Other interesting details that stood out were a language spreading like a disease and there not being anything outside the island/beyond the water.

Morse's system of telegraphing was already used in '44, I checked!

A shapeshifter (gender: ':P' pronouns: ';)') known everywhere but never clearly allied with any sides? A nuisance and a delight at the very same time? Demands a place at the table? Starts a fight over dinner? Never makes a mess they 'cannot clean up'?

Still obssessing over @moiraimyths The Good People, specifically family feels about Flannán and his mam, so I had to come up with a concept desgine of her, along with a doodle wee baby Flan dragging a bag of flour to help his mam. I've even included portrait's of both Flannán's parent, Lugaid is based on @unseeliethot fanart of him.

No wonder Flan is so handsome! While people do often compare Flannán to Lugaid, and I can also picture Flan having a similar hight, build, and face shape to his father. I do head canon his eye color and smile is 100% from his mama. Also considering she's confirmed to stress bake, with all that kneading dough and carrying heavy bags of flour, she'd definatly have strong arms. So Flan would have inherited those biceps from both sides of his family.
