hey! another update!
I've talked to two of my system friends and one says there's a big possibility i'm a system, I relate to a lot of the symptoms, and one even said there was an instance where they thought I had switched (which I have no recollection of said event they mentioned)
where do I go from here?

i've been doing my research, and looking into DID/OSDD- and have this so far (unsure were to go from here, I keep track of my findings in my notes app)
but I also recently had a dream where I was a system and someone showed me examples of when I had shown I was?? or smth abt me being a system it's hard to remember-
I wanted to know if it's smth? or maybe i'm overthinking it?? I haven't done research in a while as school is now picking up so this is sudden
i'm gonna try to start diving deeper into my research to see if i am a part of a system. are there any articles i should start with?
How does one know if they have DID/OSDD? how does one figure out that they have altars and what research goes into it?
