“Haunted”
Wait, listen! You can't do much- things are not nice. a lot of frowns going on every single day of the week. They were looking at me, though! They were looking at me! Makes a change. Never mind, we should definitely go. "Should I Go and Get My Tea?" A cafe poem 10 February 2017 Kitchen & Pantry Notting Hill

Felix came and did a photography workshop with us, which has made me think in black and white again. But I do so love colours, so now I cannot seem to choose.

Brennan and a secret garden in Notting Hill. Teaching aperature and f-stops and tangling words and so many shadows dappled with sunlight.

a self portrait (from underneath, of Amanda and me as we look at photographs she took) to start the new DTS. I don’t normally see myself from this angle, but it seems that the theme of this time is, “Who am I?”
I Didn't Know There Were Rules for This. I'm not going to be here And it's so much easier Every single time. Every single time. Cafe poem, Second Cup on Portobello Road, 15/6/16
Some photos from a rainy Friday afternoon with Alice, walking around Notting Hill in search of reflections and ways to still take photos in heavy rain. But this is London, and we should have expected it!
People of Portobello, Round One - the shop keepers, residents, and visitors of Portobello Road.
This round: Jaz, Hamca, Ruth, and the King of Portobello himself.
Some photos of part of the band for publicity material for our upcoming gigs!
A video that I made around Portobello Road.
Puerto Ricans are vastly different, but they still have several qualities in common: they have a strong identity (despite technically being a part of the States), they love to talk to people and to be with each other, and they cannot be conquered. I met many different people whilst in Puerto Rico, and I cannot generalise them more than that, except to say that it was refreshing to speak to people who wanted to talk and wanted to know me. Puerto Rico has so much to offer to the world. I hope that more Puerto Ricans are moved by God to take his compassionate and generous heart, which is so evident in them, to the nations.
Puerto Rico; December 2015 & January 2016
One of the most beautiful parts of Puerto Rico, at least for me, was Old San Juan. It retains some of the influence of the Spanish several hundred years ago, but at the same time, it is full of modern Puerto Rican culture and values. Between preparing for San Sebastian and being at San Sebastian, we spent quite a lot of time in Old San Juan. Still, I never got bored of the beauty.
Old San Juan; December 2015 & January 2016
For the Fiestas de las Calles de San Sebastian (the Festival of San Sebastian), we drummed, danced, breathed fire, did poi, and painted on huge canvases in order to draw attention so that we could talk to people about Christ. As a member of the media team, I had the opportunity to stand in the audience of a lot of the performances so that I could speak to people. Puerto Ricans are so willing to speak to strangers that it surprised me! They even waded through my grammatically incorrect Spanish with me, and they would share stories of their lives with me. Puerto Rico was different from other outreaches for me because I got to see into the hearts of Puerto Ricans. It was such a privilege to get to know them.
