Going for my longest fast ever aiming for 100 hours.
My motivation is getting to January 5th and making the "wow I haven't food all year" joke but it's not a joke and people look at me with disgust
got to 43 hours and then my boyfriend brought me dinner after work and made me eat it... I love him but damn it sometimes!

This is so fucking embarrassing to tell people but I'm trying to actually start exercising and hopefully this motivates me.
I have P.O.T.S, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which makes stuff hard sometimes, but I think I use it as a crutch when I need to just push through. As of today, January 1st, I tried a few things and am hoping to do them consistently. I cannot plank for more than 60 seconds, I can't do lunges for more than 30 seconds, and squats I can't do more than 10. I know that you're meant to adapt exercises in the beginning and gradually work towards the full thing so that's what I'll be trying to do. I'm not going to up my food in take to support this, so that might hinder me as well, but still wanna lose, so like, build muscle and lose weight (And hopefully keep my ass, lmao) Anyways! Hopefully can keep doing this consistently, I will be trying my absolute hardest.

Just moved out a couple days ago, my fridge.

alright folks, new plan! Tomorrow my boyfriend and I are going to dinner after I work and I can't not eat because he knows and it'll make him sad. Then I'm spending the night with my family and if I don't eat there they'll notice and get mad.
So! Instead of OMAD I've been liquid fasting today and will continue to do so up until my dinner and then I will have a 750 limit for the rest of the night and start the New Year off liquid fasting (hoping to do my longest and beat 51 hours)
