3: how’d you choose your island name?
well originally i wanted it to be buttermilk. but that was too long so i was stuck between a few. i knew i wanted something cute and sweet sounding so honey had to be in there. then i went to honeycake, to honeypie, then honeylei! don’t know where the lei came in though.
7: least favorite hourly music?
2PM. i play at this time of day all the time and i don’t know what it is about it, but the way the notes stretch themselves out over parts of the song irritates me to no end.
8: what gifts do you usually gift your villagers?
clothing!! as soon as a villager comes to my island i go to harv’s island and have them try on tons of outfits. then i order all the clothes i think looked good on them and gift it to them
9: do you wrap gifts to villagers and friends?
i only wrap villager gifts for birthdays, but for friends i always wrap them!! i like the suspense it gives them :)

july seventh! the current date of course. i usually feel if my island is t synced up to normal time i feel less connected to it, so i try not to stay on other dates too long.

honestly i’d have to go with indoors. i’m not really good at terraforming because i’m not that skilled at recreating the wonderful landscapes people can make so just sticking to a small spot indoors feels safer to me

a dark forest or an outdoor library!! people get really creative with those two and i’d love to try it one day

lies. all i have now is a small forest village but i couldn’t even do that right because in my hubris i added parths and uniform housing and not the intentionally scattered look the cools kids have with their lopsided qr path stones and what not

every single person: animal crossing is a relaxing, fun hearted life sim where you create a wonderful life in a little village. no stress!!
me mid destorying and recreating my entire town while hating every choice i make, because i thought remaking it all would someone make it into the cute tumblr forest fairy circle island named something like dewdrop or buttercup when in actuality it just made it empty and ugly: oh cool! i should try it some time
