When having a preemie of your own, the toughest reminder is to Keep the Faith! Your strength carries over to your baby’s strength. You are her and she is you. She needs you at your best, highest, and strongest being. Your baby KNOWS. 

I completely understand the hardship and stress this simple phrase may bring, but please stay optimistic and fierce. This is the only way your baby knows how to live.
