Got this doll off Amazon for $7! I normally don't pick up Barbie stuff but I couldn't resist her adorable fast food outfit, puppo, and charm!
Her little dog is french fries. Comes with a little ketchup and mustard keychain. She can wear a little soda pop headband. Little and cute, little and cute!

A bed for Glenda
I got a little bed for Glenda and gave her a stuffed bunny to sleep with. This is a June Garden cozy dream doll bassinet that I bought off Amazon for about $20. Also, got Glenda got her first likes and reblog for her post showing off her rainbow leg warmers, hooray! But I will be making posts about other things besides Glenda too. I also want to blog about digital pets and other toys, look forward to it!

Glenda needed a bath
Well, my cat barfed on Glenda. I had to look up how to clean her, found a Youtube video saying I could just give her a bath with mild dish soap and a stain remover, so that's what I did. Thankfully the mess lifted out from her hair, skin, and dress. I let her dry outside in the sun, then dressed her in a nightgown I had ordered for her and wrapped her hair in a hand towel for cuteness. I got the night gown from Amazon, it said it was for dolls up to 18 inches, but the sample picture showed an American Girl doll wearing it. I took the chance anyway, and it fits her pretty well! It just doesn't close all the way in the back, but no problem. I'm really happy with how this pic turned out ^_^
Meet my Cabbage Patch Kid!
Hello everybody, and welcome to my new blog! Here I'll post cute things that make me happy in life, like my Cabbage Patch Kid, Glenda Neena! I bought her from Amazon, and dolls like her are still available in brunette and blonde if you'd like to pick one up for yourself. Glenda cost me about $60, and she's worth it. Look at her cute little face, her yarn hair, her pink dress, and her little Mary Jane shoes. She's perfect! I used to have a Cabbage Patch Kid in the 90s when I was a little kid, but I didn't appreciate it then. Recently though I had a longing for a little Cabbage Patch version of me, and Glenda is it. I like to think if I were a doll, I would look just like her, with dark eyes, hair in pigtails, and wearing the same kind of shoes.
She's 16 inches (about 40 cm) tall, and smells like vanilla and baby powder. She came with adoption papers in English and French, and an oath as her parent to always love and take care of her. Yes, I filled out the paperwork and signed it. I love this about Cabbage Patch dolls. So far I've only been brave enough to have her sit outside on the porch while I'm in the yard, and have shown her to my mom and sister. Otherwise, I'm a little shy about carrying her around in public. I do love her though, and I don't regret getting her at all. In fact I ordered a couple outfits for her, one for cooler weather, and a swimsuit for a trip to the beach sometime this summer :)
Yesterday I met my sister's Cabbage Patch, a soft sculpture from 1985! I don't know everything about Cabbage Patch Kids yet but I'm learning. I wonder where hers was made, maybe I'll learn enough to figure it out. I'll post a picture of her here sometime! I also wonder if there's a Cabbage Patch Kid community here on Tumblr?
