Grabbing people by the scruff of their necks and shaking them. You know Jax being a terrible person was the point right. That she pushed everyone away despite having all the opportunity to be better.

In the mood to run her a bath, light some candles, some bubbles, some music.
Helping her undress, but my eyes staying on her pretty face.
Holding my hand out to help her step in, before kissing her knuckles as she sits in the warm water.
I’d leave her as she relaxes. To go and set the room up, just how she likes it. Blankets, fluffy pillows, plenty of candles and ambient lighting.
Her bottle filled with water, all ready on the bedside table for her.
Fresh pyjamas laid out on the bed for her.
When she’s done with her bath, I’d have fluffy towel ready for her to dry off with. Then I’d help her moisturize before getting her dressed.
In between all this, I’d be giving her soft kisses to her cheek, nose and forehead.
Then I’d pull back the duvet for her, then follow in next to her.
She’d lay against my chest, listening to the way my heart rate speeds up when she’s near.
My hand would slide under her top, sliding up and down her spine comfortingly, until her breaths even out against me.

I don’t understand why people, especially professionals hairdressers, often shame people for doing their hair themselves. Hair isn’t permanent, it’s not going to affect your health if you mess with it and at the end of the day it really doesn’t matter what you do with it. So why are you using your knowledge and power as leverage to bully your clients because they had fun and expressed themselves in a harmless and temporary way???
People should have fun with their hair, they deserve to express themselves, so what if they ruin it? chances are it will definitely grow back!! All these people are doing is preventing others, especially those who can’t afford a professional stylist, from self expression by lowering their self esteem.

The thing is I don’t particularly feel the need to have a relationship and I never really have had a strong urge for one. I like to be alone and yet I am often still lonely. I think everyone is lonely. At least a little.
I have watched people my whole life push me aside because they are in a committed relationship and I don’t blame them, I can only be as involved in someone’s life as they want me to be. I can’t change that. But maybe watching this happen over and over again does make me feel like there is something missing, like I need what they have to be seen. Like the only way I can have someone truly care about me is if I am in a romantic relationship.
Platonic relationships just don’t get valued as highly as romantic relationships by most people societally. You are told you can’t be happy based solely off of platonic relationships so then people just don’t bother with them, especially if they already have a romantic relationship to fall back on. Typically, at least.
But I want to grow with someone. I want the hard shit. I want their unhappiness. I want to be unhappy with them. I want to live and witness them live because there is no way to live without all aspects of the human experience. And I would do that with my friends or I would do that with a romantic partner, it doesn’t matter to me.
I don’t think it’s wrong to desire connection, attention, or intimacy. Those are all just things humans need to live. The motives will differ person to person based on experiences but we are all simply following the path we are told will make us the happiest.
Getting to share that with someone else would be the greatest privilege.

it’s actually quite inconvenient that i’ve decided i can only cut or bleach my hair without a shirt on. I have been trapped in the bathroom for at least 2 hours.
