Sidewalk growing season has arrived in Philly

I was wondering if palms could ever be spontaneous, ie: "weeds" in urban spaces -- turns out, they can! Caught this little one in Miami, Florida, this past weekend. It may actually be a palmetto, instead of a palm tree - but tropical nonetheless.
