Fighting games have been slowly gaining popularity at the turn of the new generation with big name sequels and reboots being announced at E3. After months of fan speculation since the release of Pokémon X and Y, Pokéfans can finally rejoice that Hoenn is confirmed. Following the remakes of the first two generations of Pokémon games, Nintendo continues their trend by remaking the third generation, Sapphire and Ruby. The original games released in 2003 for the , and made innovative strides for the Pokémon franchise. Alongside introducing 135 new Pokémon, it also innovated the combat style by introducing dual battles and incorporating weather elements that affect the battlefield. Dark Souls II: The Lost Crowns brings three new harrowing chapters of gripping gameplay, taking players through original areas to take on lots of unknown enemies and overcome dangerous challenges.

Dark Souls II will be available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC players.

Crown of the Sunken King will be released July 22nd, followed by Crown of the Old Iron King on August 26th, and Crown of the Ivory King on September 24th.

Each will be sold separately, but you can buy a season pass on Steam.
