whenever the military conducts some sort of testing, they tell everyone so no one freaks out. my husband is a marine and we live on camp pendleton in southern california. he's a member of a facebook group exclusive to marines, and literally none of them knew what this blue light was.. so there's no way it's military testing.

it's not a "super exclusive group" they'll just only add you in if you're a dude and a marine (or navy I think but I'm not 100% sure on that.) Its mostly a resale page but this was a hot topic on it last night.
