a life update... i guess??

hey, remember me? yeah u probably forgot about me. but that’s ok, i’ve been gone a long while.

i’m genuinely thinking of leaving tumblr—and here’s why

3 weeks ago my sister got hit by a car. she was in intensive care. she could have died.

i shared this with you, you over my friends in real life. i wasn’t expecting fucking balloons or anything, but honestly the amount of support i was offered was kind of appalling. only two people (u know who u r x) reached out to me. i have over 250 followers and only two could take the time to send me their wishes.

i guess this whole thing has made me realise i’m not as intergrated into a community as i once thought, and it kind of upset me. people who i go out of my way to support, on a regular basis, offered me absolutely nothing in my time of need. it reminds me too much of my real life, and that’s not what this is about.

i’ll need some time to think about it, but honestly, i’m pretty upset.

so if you haven’t noticed, i took a week hiatus from tumblr and wattpad and pretty much all my socials. life isn’t too great right now, my sister got knocked over on a night out and has been in hospital for the past week or so, and juggling that with starting sixth form full time has really just taken my time. I’m not sitting here saying i’m quitting tumblr or anything, i just wanted to let yous know that i won’t be on here for a few weeks. stay safe my darlings,
