just found out like yesterday that failing that duel sent you immediately to superhell and i remembered this reply 😭 when i was still doing MYN stuff a year ago i made tyler fight feducci with a horrendous 50/50 and he won 🚶‍♂️ i think he knew...

(the duels are noncanonical for him but also this is still a bit funny since he doesn't like fighting fkdbkdbddm)

you know, i was considering letting tyler die and stuff. i threw him into the furnace purposefully no matter how out of character that would actually be for him.

Asking about the situation doesn't seem to help since speaking about it seems to give me a pounding headache, but... how are you faring, in this non-linenar time? (@councilofdays)

He stole a brief glance at the window once 'it' was brought up. Whatever Tyler witnessed, or if even the suggestion of 'it' alone continued to instill a migraine in him, his eyes betrayed naught but his exhaustion and sentimentality. So, nothing out of the ordinary for him.

"It's all... rather terrifying, but I will be alright," his expression, or what little can be seen of it, softened, "I've come to expect the unexpected down here, even if it is a lot to get used to..."

"But, thank you, for... checking in on me. I only hope you have been well, amidst everything going on?"

"Oh, no, don't do that—" Rachel winces, when the melancholic took a glance outside. She had done so once while taking a stroll out in the new usual weather, where she was assaulted with a sharp pain in both her head and chest. She does not follow his gaze out into the window, but seems emphathetic over his expression of what he just saw.

"...Nevermind," she shook her head. "I'm a bit anxious about Hell's sudden disappearance and the mess in timespace, though I admit the anomalies in the laws of reality has piqued my interest. Have you been to the Iron Republic? The current situation is very similar to what occurs over there."

He found her anxiety normal, expected if anything. Disruptions of this magnitude couldn't bode well even for a place like the Neath. Still, he nodded along as she expressed her curiosity—one that he did share, though buried deep under his concerns.

When she mentioned the Iron Republic however, his hands began to tense up. "Ah... Yes, I have. You're right, now that I think about it."

He furrowed a brow. "But, regrettably, my memories of that place have been... hazy."
