I don't know why but all the things I've been holding in are now just hitting me all at once. • the guy's heart I broke - it physically makes me sick that I know I hurt him. • the view of myself - I don't know who I am anymore. Sometimes I like who I've become other times I do all the things I said I'd never do. • I look in the mirror and hate what I see. My shoulders are too broad, arms have flab, stomach is fat, legs have fat, butt isn't big enough, boobs aren't perky, the list goes on. It's like I don't like anything at all. • the mistakes I've made.
