So the other day I made a post about an Affini that I saw in a dream. Meet Rosa Carminic, Second Bloom. Her body is made of petals and her dress is cut from a giant leaf :3c

This is... far from great, the topology would make someone who actually knows what they're doing cry. Also her hands are freakishly large and I probably need to fix that, hence why they're convienetly out of frame. But I did my best.

Idk why but this is giving off pitcher plant vibes and I find that absolutly fascinating and honestly a pitcher plant affini is probably in my top 3 affinni's I'd wanna be domesticated by....

Just had the thought "who could possibly want to be comforted while upset?" and was like ohhhh right something is wrong with me! Anyway, does anyone who can't imagine being touched while distressed want to get abducted and beaten until you accept my comforting hands no matter how much you hate or fear it because you have no other choice?

Taking someone who thinks they can't be trained and turning them into a beaten, reprogrammed animal who begs for my touch. Someone who freezes at closeness, who panics or lashes out or recoils in disgust. Someone whose skin crawls at thought of warmth, another body pressing against them, gentle and loving. That person will become my ideal pet once they've been shattered enough times to learn that my gentleness is far better accepted than resisted. And then their mind can melt away, becoming nothing more than a broken toy who whimpers and cries and begs for me. You'll love it eventually, even if I have to destroy you first.

do you prefer 3dmax or blender?

I have 0 experience with 3d max so I'd have to say blender, I've put in well over 4 years and over 1000 hours into blender itself (a good chunk of thats prolly render time though,) but yeah! Very much recomend blender, especially since its free so the only cost is the space on your hard drive. Also theirs tutorials and guides for almost anything you'd want to do! So yeah, 100% recomend blender.

from my experience, blender is a lot less intuitive then 3-D max, although I might be biased cause I’m actively taking a class that’s teaching me through 3D max

but what’s your preferred software for putting textures on your models?

Honestly I put the textures on the model with blenders built in uv mapping tools, but honestly I'm definitly biased towards that just since thats the only way I know, I've heard of lovely things about z-brush though as I haven't used it I cant particularly speak too much on it.

I definitly agree with you that at first blender can seem unintuitive and incredibly clunky at first, before blender my only experience with 3d modeling was Inventer with a school program I was taking. It does definitly get easier and faster to use with time though!
