A pet peeve of mine but when people act like Easterman is Satan and horrible and disgusting but Clyde and Scafforti and Avellanos are kawaii cute little babies who’ve done no wrong and are all forced to bow to Easterman’s whim. Just spitballing a little bit- take Everything I say with a large grain of salt as I’m pretty new to outlast and the fandom buttt

Is it safe to say that Easterman is suicidal? Or at least has some kind of passive suicidal ideation. I mean not unpleasant is a great example of that—but I feel like the new trailer with him speaking to Coyle face to face is also kinda making me raise a brow. He’s putting himself into like an INCREDIBLY dangerous situation- high risk, no reward- for seemingly no reason???

I dunno I could be totally dumb, just a pattern I’m noticing.
