going out of your comfort zone really depends on finding that sweet spot where you can put yourself out there without pushing yourself so hard that you burn out in stress to the point that it makes it too scary for you to ever try it again. but you can’t also wait until you are perfectly at ease to do it, or else you aren’t really coming out of your comfort zone. and that sweet spot? so fucking confusing to find, but it’s worth a shot (hi for the love of god hello i am trying)
