I think the appeal of bunkai, beyond the fact that they're both mentally ill and hot, lies in seeing Kaiser getting outdone(and eventually out-dommed) by someone even crazier than him.

Update of The Trial Of Fire!

The plot thickens! Tbh I'm a little bit anxious over all the storylines that I need to close in the next three chapters. I hope there won't be any glaring plot holes ;(

These last chapters are a delight to write, however. Lots of kaisagi interactions and bickering, the tension between them still riding high, plot twists of the bookbinding storyline... add a sense of accomplishment (it's almost finished!) and it's pure fun to create this work <3
