For this specific practice segment, we had to do an interview in front of the entire class. Another person and I were on the lighting team, with only 3 lights we had to put out knowledge of lighting techniques that put a focus on the stars and the set in an almost equal manner. We decided to have one light high and in front of them on the highest brightness setting to get a nice look for the set and the stars on the middle camera, and then put the other two lights behind the stars to give a halo-like backlight on the stars which made the close up shots look much better.
