if he was any years younger, he might have let his temper get the best of him but he was still sitting in composer. but his hands balled into fists for a brief moment before resting his palms on the table. “yes. i am fine. just another night of my occupation, i suppose.” white wine? he might have to order a glass at least. he stared down at the feast before him, a waste. “would you like to finish this night with me? i’d hate to waste all this food… and i might order a glass of white wine to test this.”
“You don’t work a regular nine to five, do you?” Not that it was hard for Lux to piece together. People with typical jobs didn’t find themselves in these sorts of situations. “If someone threw wine in my face I’d do it for a check too.” Perking up at the invitation, she already makes her way over to the table with her own drink in hand. A strawberry daiquiri as she wasn’t one for wine or bitter tasting things. A sweet tooth was both a gift and a curse. “Thanks for the invite. I always get lonely eating by myself but I didn’t have the energy to cook.” She admits. “I’m Lux and if you need somebody to pour the white wine on you I volunteer.”
He didn't say anything when she mentioned his work. It was true. It wasn't your typical nine to five but he loved his job. He couldn't help but chuckle and take a sip of his own wine as she spoke. Tipping his glass to her in acknowledgement, he gave his own name in return. "Joo-won.... and you are just looking for an excuse to pour more wine onto me."
